I signed with these folks going door to door with their in my area can spray for pests. As if it’s a one time deal. It’s a contract so if your health goes down hill and cancel an appointment clearly tell them $ is not in the account and we were advised by a doctor to stay away from Chemicals 2 months. I cancelled with the company 2 days prior to appointment that they rescheduled and never told me till 2 days prior. I’m at the hospital and they text they’re on the way after I cancelled 2 days prior. Till I was free to call them back they had already come and gone I WAS NOT HOME! If I’m paying $170 a visit I at least want to be there. They charged my credit card and then overdrew my bank account and caused my Roomate to stay in a hotel all because they would not do as they said and cancel. I think that’s unethical. I’m reporting to BBB. I never want to do business with them again. They cost me an overdraft fee and cost of a hotel then charged me? They owe me now!!!!! They shouldn’t be in business. They don’t care if you’re dying all they want is that fee any way they can get it! I’ll let the BBB know how they conduct business. I’ll be calling my bank and telling them they took $ without my approval. Time will tell. Waiting for BBB to open. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY FROM DELAWARE! They have to branch out to other states because they’ve exhausted scamming their own state. Think about it……. Read the reviews and check BBB before signing ANYTHING with them…. Best of Luck. This is a horrible and inept company. Stear clear. They provide an indoor and outdoor treatment plan. Then they fail to show on scheduled days for the treatment. They show up on other days when no one is home to allow indoor spraying. Then they hound you about paying, when they failed to spray anything indoors. I have wasted hours on the phones with their phone service people, but the management does not listen to the complaints.

Worst service ever! They made it practically impossible to cancel service, even though I'd fulfilled the contract. During my cancelation phone call, I was told I would now have infestations. Honestly I can't tell that the service actually did anything. Even though I asked them not to ring the bell, they ignored that. They're sloppy and they spend a few minutes here but bill as if they'd spent and hour. This place is a SCAM. It's a FRAUD and a CON -- I get enough of that from my politics, thank you very much. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!

An Eco Shield representative who was in our neighborhood approached us on 6/11. He suggested the 24 month service contract and we agreed. Before signing the agreement, I asked him if we can cancel before our contract and he said yes. He was not fully transparent and did not disclose that there was a $300 discount as part of the initial service and if we cancel before the contract ends, we'll have to pay it back. This is what I found out when I called to customer service to cancel our contract today 7/15. This is not right. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!

Do not buy from this company! They came to my door last month and were very nice and answered all of my questions and I was impressed with them because they said they are all natural and don't have a bad smell and use a human and dog/cat safe jell bug killer and also said that they would put ant poison and flee poison out in the grass as well as rat traps because I live in town and have seen rats at night in the back yard and so it sounded like a good deal so I bought the biggest package they offered me gladly, well a week later some different guy comes out and is all he does is spray the windows with some chemicals that made me and my wife sick and gave me a panic attack lasting most of the day it was terrible So I txt the guy that originally came out and told him that they didn't put out rat traps or ant poison and that is all they did was spray the windows and make me sick and so he said that they can try using an all natural bug killer next time?! I said that was what I thought they were going to do from the get go?! And he ignored the part about them not putting out rat traps or anything and just doesn't txt back so 2 days go buy and I ask again I say so can you cancel this service or do I need to go online to do it? And he says he can do it but there is a fee ? I said you can keep the 193.77$ I already paid you so that you are paid for your time and so is the guy that did the half azz job but I'm not paying extra to cancel an agreement that y'all did not fulfill on y'all's end. because an agreement is a two-way street I fulfill my half of the agreement by paying the financial burden, but then they have to fulfill their half by fulfilling the service which is written down in the agreement and because they did not fulfill their half of the agreement they are in breach of our agreement therefore we have no agreement. Furthermore I told him that I know for a fact that he can cancel out this agreement for free because of my work history I've been in management for several different companies I know how the computer programs work I know how third-party billing works and I know that you can cancel the agreement without Financial penalty it just takes having the balls to call your manager and get the approval which they don't like to do and he even admits that I'm correct, however he wasn't going to cancel it for free because he wants to pull a power move he would not give me any reason why he wouldn't other than the fact he just wants to be a dick and seeing as how this company by no means does remotely anything that it says it does I can only assume that this is a scam company that popped up overnight and I recommend nobody use them . PS the bugs have been 10 times worse since they came out and sprayed that initial time it's as if they put out bug food not bug poison I don't understand why it seems to attract bugs and not get rid of them . Ohh and the sales guy's name is ​Brayden he's blond about 5ft 9" 170ish lb and 20 to 25yr old is my guess and a total azz wipe IMO .

Bang on my door every month in a private community. Lie about being in the community multiple times just to solicit. Looking up their company I see they have many complaints of banging on doors and also fraudulent contracts or misleading clients to sign a contract that isn't what they verbally presented.

In a rural area with posted no trespassing one of their reps decided he’d try and wander down our private road to push their product. If you can’t read or follow directions, why the heck would you think someone would sign an agreement with you?
