So Mr.Thomas he say his last starts in Arizona he has the worse customer experience ever I asked for his Boss he told he owed it there was no one I could talk to and could do nothing be done about what I paid for at the beginning and nothing I paid for was done he basically told me he can’t do nothing he could 400.00 off of what I was charged for I did not ask for he is rudest person in Arizona location please forward this call so you can hear hear

Very unhappy! They told us we would get a year of service for a special price of $219, however they failed to tell us it was 5 payments if $219. When we called to cancel they were no help and threatened us that they would send our account to collections if we did not pay. I will never do business with a neighborhood drop by again! Liars and cheats!

Simon saleperson asked for my concerns. Told him ticks in back yard where grandkids swim play and hang out. ants in gravel drriveway. kept seeing ants everytime i stepped out of my truck after first treatment. I was home for hatchling service. never went into rear yard. Never took care of ants in drive never did anything for ticks. what the ants in the drive cant make it into the back. does the stuff you put in the front kill the ticks in the back. now you tell me your only treating around the foundation and they didnt go all the way around. i dont know how helpful this all been, i still see ANTS and TICKS

BOGUS This young guy from ecoshield ignored 3 NO TRESPASSING signs and came to our front door yesterday. Then today he's walking by our house again when I'm outside. Confronted him about ignoring the NO TRESPASSING signs the other day, and he started being rude and calling me names, and that we "have rodents in our house", "the other neighbors are nicer "etc. I told him to never come here again, and if he does, I'll call the police. He said to "call them now", so I did! Just got back from reporting him for harassment to the Ferndale Police Department! There was never a simple apology or acknowledgement that he ignored the NO TRESPASSING signs. This ecoshield guy was a total douchebag to me from the outset. The entitled mentality that these people can ignore property rights and be disrespectful to the public is disgusting! NOT a company I would ever recommend or hire, based on this experience!!! Very rude and nasty employees. I'll be pressing charges and filing a lawsuit against them if they ever bother me or my family again.

The agents that came down to do the treatment did not know a thing and did a terrible job, have not seen any improvement at all. Phone reps were super unhelpful as well! They claimed to have come down but never did.

Salesman came to our no soliciting neighborhood to solicit, and got rude and huffy when told no. If he's an example of the kind of people you hire, I don't want any part of your business.

Rude and aggressive "sales rep" trolling my neighborhood. Doesn't understand the word NO. Rings the bell and bangs on the door after you've closed the door and asked him to leave. Digging around in flower beds mumbling about "pest threats". A neighbor actually called the cops on him. Ends up the company had no solicitor permit in our town. Been kicked out of several other towns as well. If he comes back I'm spraying him with Raid.
