Was visited by a salesman, to control ants and mice on my property. I live in the country surrounded by fields I took a few days to think about it. Then decided to contract them for one year if they did fine I would keep them. Initially they did fine on the first two visits, but afterwards things became worse. Also you never get the same technician, and they all don't a good job. The ants became worse the mice control wasn't too bad. Had the come out for follow ups (touch ups) the ants just kept getting worse. Once I satisfied my one year contract this is where it gets worse they just keep scheduling more appointments even after you call and cancel. BTW they will just keep trying to do free touch ups and when they don't work and you call back to cancel they will do anything to keep you from cancelling the service I told them 3 times to cancel. Everytime they just want to offer you options to keep you a paying customer for life. They won't let you cancel so I just hung up beforehand I them told them not to come to my property anymore. Texted them as well. They are a Nightmare Zombie company that won't stop pestering you. Never agree to use their services ever! You will regret it.

It started from a knock on my door. A young man promised to get rid of all my bug problems around my home. Sounds too good to be true i thought. I said to myself, let's try it out what could go wrong. Well let me tell you. First off spraying and dropping a poison for ants around the house initially is something i could have done myself. I suggest you all do the same as well. what happened next is what threw me over the edge. Two weeks after the initial service. I was mowing my lawn when i moved a decorative rock from its foundation to see a swarm of Ants running out of the area. SMFH i thought. So, i called my Rep. who promised to send a tech out once again to recoat the area and stomp this issue out. I told you this service is guaranteed" he stated. (NO UPDATE, NO CALLBACK, NO SERVICE PROVIDED). SO, I CALLED BACK! Apology after apology from my REP. I was promised again service and a callback. Guess what? That's right, NO UPDATE, NO CALLBACK AND NO SERVICE PROVIDED. 4 weeks passed and nothing. I Tried calling the rep again who told me to call the offices (Maybe i should have done that earlier, but i was told to call him if there were any issues. At this point I had it. Nothing was going to change my mind. It's time to just cancel. Long story short. After they learned of my journey with their rep. I was told he was let go weeks ago (It still doesn't change the fact that no one got back to me when I 1st called. To cancel I had to pay an extra 261.00 in this economy for services really not tendered properly. over 450 dollars spent for aggravation and stress. Lesson learned! Buy bug killer at Home Depot and do it yourself. NO apology from the company just a "well you should have just called us" Technically you are right. My bad for trusting in your company's representative.

Deceptive salesman. He Told us my neighbors signed up which they didn't. Also unclear on the service. Was under the impression the fee was for each visit not monthly. The salesman also said if we want to cancel he would waive the cancellation charge. Well when I cancelled they are charging me $266. Btw salesman's name was Maddox. If he comes knocking at your door don't believe what he says

The service not what they sell and not worth it. Dont use this company. They showed up to spray for ground bees, didnt do anything 2 more people have gotten stung, and they wont come back out for same treatment. I have video of the guy who sprayed and he looks scared. Calling them is a fight and the first words out of there mouth is there are fees if you cancel. They are a scam.....dont use them.

This company is built on lies. The salesman told me I would be getting monthly service. Turns out I get billed monthly but they only come once per quarter. I was told I could get free follow up service anytime I needed it. I have been trying to get an appointment for 2 months. They keep telling me someone will call me to schedule. Nobody has called to schedule, so, another lie. I would cancel, but they have a $295 cancelation fee they are unwilling to waive even though I signed up under false pretenses. Beware! Do not sign up with this company!

BEWARE THIS COMPANY! This company is based in the Philippines. Very expensive and have long term contracts with Penalties for cancelling the contracts. The technicians are always different. Today, I asked the tech what he was powdering in my exterior ceiling areas as I dont want to hurt treefrogs that live there - he had no idea. They have no idea what pesticides they are using,. When i went inside, he powdered the area anyway…..I called to complain and after a lengthy hold, I was told I was talking to the Houston office but the mgr was busy and would call me in 48 hours. Truly —— I think I was still talking to the Philippines. You have been warned.
