A complete ZERO across the board! Total SCAM!!!!! They came knocking on doors soliciting. Listened to their sales pitch and agreed give them a try as we had a bee issue and they said we could cancell at any time for any reason. Never once were we told there was a 1 year contract. They did their treatment, (which never got rid of all the bees) and we paid for the service. The guy told us if we continued to have and bug issues to call back and re treatments would be a no charge. Less than one month later they return and charge us a quarterly charge again for what they call a bee egg clean up treatment. Called customer service and was told to take a look at our contract as it would be stated on there about this treatment and fee, we NEVER received a contract, neither on paper or by email. I expressed my concerns with all this misinformation and was told they will take notes and send it on to other departments to review, when asked when i will see a refund for the second charge I was told i may or may not get one, depends on what the other departments have to say but they would reach out either by email or text message. After reading all these reviews I see we have been scammed and most likely will not be getting a refund. Well, I will be filing a complaint with BBB.

No matter what is your issue, do not get this service. Though, to get something out of this experience, I promise to myself, to not get ANY service where people walk upto your home with big promises without first referring to reviews online.

Lied to me to sign up, then a huge cancelation fee

What a scam. Cobwebs and spiders just weeks after the service send somebody back out. Think he was a crackhead. Dusted my house supposedly sprayed again again spiders and cobwebs all over the house called to cancel. Told me I could not cancel because I was in a contract and I have two more services, do not fall for this company. They are horrible. I’ll probably need to get a lawyer to cancel.

They lied about their terms of service and costs. They are frauds. When you contest the charges they engage a collections agency. Do not let these guys into your house! They also have a weak rating with the BBB.

If zero stars were permitted I would give it zero. Do not do business with this company! The door knock salesman got me at a weak moment. We had some ants and I bought treatment. They also said that it needs another treatment in a month, so I agreed to that. When they sent a message out that they were coming again, I said, "no, thank you." They came out twice, I paid for two visits. Fine. Then when I told them I didn't want to have any more treatments they told me I signed a two year contract. There is no way I signed a two year contract! They charged me $150 to get out of the contract, and I did it just to make them go away. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID.

Very poor customer service, misleading contractual agreement, very pushy salesperson… was not explained that this would be a monthly subscription service, and that they would bill monthly needed or not. I was reassured that 3x wasps nest would be removed. 1x was removed the other 2x never. Called and was provided a runaround and stalling. No employee ever showed up again. I was charged $150 cancellation fee. I strongly discourage anybody from using their services, there are better, cheaper and more flexible options available.

EcoShield rep going door to door. Approached my husband outside and talked him into a contract. Husband, suffering from various physical issues was not authorized to sign any contracts without my OK. Turns out the contract was for multiple applications, not one, like my husband thought. I contacted company and explained the issue. They refused to cancel the contract without $300 cancel fee. I contacted BBB. The company wanted a death certificate. The cert contains sensitive info and I did not agree to that. They ask for an obituary & proof I was his wife. I sent it to the company. Thought it was resolved. Received a bill for $300 today saying they've been trying to contact my husband who is DECEASED! They, again, asked for the death certificate. I sent them a copy with sensitive info redacted. This company is absolutely without ethics! They deserved to be shut down.
