Terrible Experience with Ecoshield Misleading Payment Terms! I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Ecoshield North. They advertised month-to-month payments, but that turned out to be completely false. After signing up based on their claims, I quickly realized their contracts are misleading and deceptive. Despite my repeated attempts to address the issue and request a waiver for my payment, their customer service has been unhelpful and unwilling to resolve the problem. Instead of taking responsibility for their misleading practices, they continue to insist on charging me ignoring the false promises they made when I signed up. I strongly caution anyone considering Ecoshield North to read the fine print and be prepared for hidden terms that they conveniently leave out when making their sales pitch. Their lack of integrity and poor customer service make it clear that they are more focused on trapping customers into payments than providing a reliable service. Avoid this company at all costs unless you enjoy being misled and ignored when arise!

While their first few visits had benefits and they came out for a no-additional-charge visit to address a bee infestation, they automatically come out for unnecessary visits, including in the middle of the winter. Worse, it has taken over an hour to cancel, first you wait a long time to reach customer care and then they transfer you to another office where you again wait a long time. I would not recommend them.

This is a scam: the come to your house unannounced offering a discount, but they just want your credit card to charge monthly fees. I was told I could cancel at anytime after three months, which I did because their products did not work. They then told me there was a fee of $ 150 to cancel. They have constantly texted me and their customer service threatened to turn me over to collection agency. I would never recommend this service to anyone especially since their products do not work.

I was approached at my home. Buy a cells person who said I could cancel at anytime. They came out twice and did the yard. I canceled because my son lost his job. And I was the only one working, and the treatment was not working, and They would not drop the $150. Even though I told them I needed to feed my grandchild, I am raising so now they have constantly texted me. Emailed me called me and has threatened to turn me over to collection agency. I would never recommend this service to anyone

This company is without a doubt a predatory sales product. Failed services, attempts to coerce payment after terminating said services, inaccurate business notes of logged services to deny the customer of their statements of failed services. Everything about this company is leveraging & self-serving for financial exploitation. I received an e-mail demanding $250 + $18 (interest) 24 hours after I terminated services. Understand, all previous services were immediately paid with a credit card on file. In addition to that, after every service, they sent an e-mail, with ultimately was a request to tip their employee. I doubt those potential tips ever made their way to the employee. Also, since I never saw the same employee a second time, it appears their employment practices must be equally consistent with their pest services. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. What a scam! Beware. It really should be zero stars. When I signed up for the service I was explicitly told it was a one-time fee. What they neglected to tell me was that it was a one-time activation fee and that I would need to make four additional payments for the one-year contract. And to add insult to injury, the service does not work. I walked into the kitchen one morning to see a mouse running from one side of the kitchen to the other. Disgusting.

Shady sales practice. They lied about services performed on neighbors houses as well as the fees to start and to even cancel. I emailed to cancel services, to which they acknowledged and still had someone perform services without notifying of them coming. DO NOT sign up. It's a scam 100%. You can do what they do for 10% of the cost.
