I don’t like companies that do not let you out of a contract, I used Ecoshield and signed 1 year contract, when the one year was up they kept trying to extend my contract, I spoke to at least 5 of so called managers/supervisors. Kept telling them I no longer want the service, they would not take no for an answer. I don’t deal with bight pressure sales, I thought the service was good, but I wouldn’t use them just because of not being able to stop their service at the end of my contract. I had to get rude and mean to get them to stop the service after my contract was finished.

SCAM artists... I have never seen such a scam bunch of people claiming to sell an environmental pest solution than these jokers! I hope they are out of business tomorrow!!!!!! There appears to be enough dissatisfied and unhappy customers that this company should fall under a class action. SCAM SCAM SCAM these jokers are all about stealing your money and nothing else. They hire kids struggling to make a living to sign contracts and make this thing look legit then they pull the bait and switch when you call in the cancel call. Lawyers this is a CLASS ACTION waiting for you to put these jerks out of business!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! UPDATE 09/19/2022 - After involving the BBB I was able to get a full refund of my disputed fee. Because they refunded my money I am changing the rating from 1 star to 2 stars. I caution anyone seeking their service that you ask how MUCH the cancel will be so you are not surprised like I was!
