Pushy door to door sales people. They came to my home and after I explained I would like some info so I can research the company, he kept asking me why and what am I looking to research. He became pushy and frustrated. I told him to leave. And closed my door. I see why this company has bad reviews. The employees they have coming to your door have no customer service or people skills. I will never do business with someone questioning me about why ,when and how about my property. Absolutely disgusting service .

This company goes around harassing you and your neighbors. They even LIED and told a neighbor I personally use their services, and I do not. It seems they will do anything they can to drum up business, including lying on who uses them. Not to mention, they have their salespeople come around late at night (9:30pm!!) trying to get you to sign a contract. Their salespeople are very pushy, would not take no for an answer, often going to the same address more than 2 times the same day. I would never do business with a company that tries to get business by lying and deceit.

Pushy salesman, but I bought in because we have a yellow jacket problem. They were never, in five, yes FIVE, visits, able to even complete the treatment even though the salesman was completely aware of the location of the nests. (One tech was afraid of heights- the nest is in the shingles of a balcony). We were still charged and then they have the gall to start charging $70 monthly for doing nothing and without even completing the initial treatment. They refused to refund the $70 and plan to charge a hefty cancellation fee even tho THEY breached the contract by not providing services. Here comes the credit card dispute- and I have all my documentation of many efforts to work with this company. I’ve been trying for a month! DO NOT EVEN THINK of using them!!!!! I only wish I hadn’t caved to pressure and started this. Lesson learned.

Terrible service. Misleading marketing. Impossible phone support reps. Their timing was good, I was actually in the market for mouse control. But they falsely told me that several of my neighbors had signed up. They may have talked to them but they hadn’t, as confirmed later. The quarterly “service” was a cursory refilling of traps and attempt to sell more services. They texted me to say they were coming in February for the quarterly. I texted back saying not to, since the baits were under several feet of snow. They claim someone showed up anyway and checked what, I don’t know. They promised a free off-cycle visit to make up for it. Never happened. The traps were they put indoors didn’t work - mice ate the bait but didn’t trip the traps! When I tried to cancel for this abysmal performance they started calling every 2 days for payment. I finally threatened to open a complaint with the AG and credit card company. Three different reps heard this on separate days, agreed to cancel, and yet I got a call for payment. Sorry I ever fell for this scam.

DO NOT USE! This company is absolutely FRAUDULENT. I even wonder if they have a license to practice pest control. I am a Realtor for over 10 years and have never run across a company so inept, deceptive, and incapable. They told the buyers there were "rodents living in the attic" and other "signs of loaded droppings and termites". A very reputable company I had check found absolutely NO signs or issues with pests. Stay away - this company needs to GO OUT OF BUSINESS!!

Last year, we had a lot of pest issues, including spiders and yellow jackets, but mostly, we had a huge mouse invasion in our garage and in our vents in the ceiling due to new construction going on next to our neighborhood. We contracted with Ecoshield Pest Control for a year. While they did seal off the garage mouse entrances (the ONLY positive), they only set traps around for the mice inside the garage, which they mostly avoided, and continued to live in our garage anyway. Ecoshield checked for mouse access points to our vents but said there weren't any. They found mouse tunnels in the insulation of our attic, and we paid thousands of dollars last summer that we did not have to spare, to have them put in insulation that was "mouse proof" according to them. I found out after they finished the job that they had cut a hole in my daughter's window screen to gain access to the house, which is something we are not able to replace. The other daughter complained that after they blew in the new insulation, there was no air getting to her room. When we had our vents cleaned, the guy found 4 bottles of caulking just inside her vent! They weren't there before. She still isn't getting air in her room. Over the past year, I kept written notes about the problems we had with Ecoshield and ended up with 5 pages. I didn't even log everything. You cannot contact the local office directly but rather are routed to a central location which is all answered by foreigners, who were very difficult to understand at times. Many times, I would set up an appointment time with them on a day and time that was good for me, only to have them fail to show up. When I would call (central location again), I would be told that they had arbitrarily changed my date and time, without even talking to me first or letting me know, to a time that wasn't possible for me to be there! This happened repeatedly. NO COMMUNICATION with me!! We finally got rid of the mouse problem in the garage by buying poison ourselves and setting it all around the garage. The ones in the vents continued to live on. We had Ecoshield come out 3 times and tell us each time that there were no mouse access points to the vents, yet they continued to enter somehow and get in the vents. We have 3 indoor cats who kept them out of our house itself, fortunately. We finally ended up with a feral cat who moved onto our porch outside and he started catching the mice around our house. It has been several months now since we have heard any mice in our vents, so apparently, the feral cat has taken care of the problem that Ecoshield didn't. I'm sure the access point must exist however and that mice COULD re-enter the vents anytime they want and are able get by the feral cat outside. The last time we had an Ecoshield person out to check our vents was about two months ago. He looked in our attic and said that they had again tunneled through our insulation. I asked how that was even possible since everyone from Ecoshield who had blown in the new insulation had promised us that it was "mouse proof" and that there was "no way" that any mice could tunnel through it. That Ecoshield person apologized for any confusion and said that the insulation is NOT mouse proof!! As for the bug treatments, even after the treatments, they continued to live on. The treatments did little to nothing to get rid of the spiders and yellow jackets. We wasted THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS for NOTHING!!! Both my husband and I are disabled and on a very limited income and are FURIOUS about their lying to us and all their shenanigans. Do NOT use this company!! They are HORRIBLE!!
