I have not been to the new Alliance Conrad’s but have been pleased with the one in Green.

I have visited the Amherst location twice in the past 12 months and I have been completely satisfied with my experience both times. The staff is courteous and professional. They never make me feel like they are trying to sell me services that are unnecessary. Also, the value/prices are amazing compared to other shops. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

This is my go to shop. The service advisors are all great, and the techs have always done it right. On-time delivery and fair pricing as well.

Great and honest service!

Great Experience! I like the videos they sent of my car. I was able to show my boyfriend, who's been saying I need to change my air filter, how dirty my air filter was with the footage they'd sent me while working on my car! Nice feature. Dave was the one ringing me out/ informing me about my vehicle. He was helpful and pleasant not only to me but with other customers in the shop on the phone.
