We have thoroughly audited our database and found no record of any transaction, communication, or client data matching your name or these claims. For absolute clarity to our current and future partners, our agency operates under a strict transparency framework: we only work through legally binding, pre-signed contracts that explicitly itemize all service charges upfront, ensuring zero hidden or unexpected fees. Furthermore, all inventory and software purchases are made directly through the client's own corporate accounts and payment methods—our team never handles client funds or issues invoices from our own bank accounts for inventory. Because our operational model completely prevents the scenarios you described, this review appears to be entirely fraudulent or posted to the wrong company profile. We have reported this matter to Trustpilot’s compliance team for investigation.
