Fraudulant company - Avoid please took away my money, handed over my job to the people who dont know wha to do, after pointing out the descrepenses, i asked for my money back, straightaway refused, instead of accepting their fault

I hired this company to manage my Amazon seller account, but unfortunately my experience was extremely disappointing. The team members managing my account, Faisal and Noor Nabi, created duplicate listings for the same product. Instead of identifying and fixing the mistake promptly, the issue was allowed to continue, which resulted in serious inventory problems. Because of this error, Amazon charged me significant FBA Removal Order: Return Fees. I had to pay these charges myself just to keep my account in good standing. When I discovered the issue, I contacted the company’s support team multiple times to seek a resolution. Unfortunately, I did not receive any meaningful assistance. I was repeatedly told to “contact your manager,” even though Noor Nabi was my assigned account manager and was directly involved in handling my account and the issue itself. Instead of taking ownership of the problem, I was repeatedly redirected without any proper resolution. When I raised the issue further, the company refused to accept responsibility. Their response was simply that because the seller account belongs to me, I should bear all the costs, even though these expenses resulted from mistakes made while they were managing my account. Upon further confrontations with Faisal and Noor Nabi regarding this issue, they told me that they had left Ecom Pearls and had formed their own company. Based on the circumstances and the handling of my case, I found this explanation difficult to believe. I am leaving this review so that potential customers are aware of my experience. If you are considering hiring this company to manage your Amazon business, make sure responsibilities and accountability for operational mistakes are clearly agreed upon before you start working with them.

In spite of paying full fee, the team was not careful and purchased inventories without verifying patent. They took separate payment for this service along with monthly $350. Still they were careless and my inventory worth around $2k was purchased with was rejected by Amazon on IP issue. It still lies in the US warehouse and no one bothers. Tahir Saeed doesn't bother. I spoke to their GM Ayesha as well but no response. Please stay away from these crooks who show different face initially and don't bother later about your account. They experiment on your account.

They are cheaters, took thousands of dollars and refuse to provide services.

They are scammers. I had a worst experience with them and I would never recommend anyone to have their services. The team is very unprofessional and unethical and will keep on asking for more and more money for doing nothing. They keep on saying that you will see improvement from now onwards but it never happens. They will just keep on passing time so that they can ask for another month’s payment. They only fill their own pockets and never care what client goes through. When I decided not to proceed with them, since I never saw anything positive coming, they kept every grudge possible! Didn’t even give me the credentials of my business email address.

Throughout the process, I encountered poor follow‑through, unclear updates, and a lack of accountability from the staff. Instead of providing solutions or taking responsibility, the company consistently shifted blame onto external factors, including Amazon, rather than addressing the issues directly. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Ecom Pearl. I strongly encourage anyone considering their services to proceed with caution and thoroughly verify their capabilities before committing to any agreement.

They are a scam. They will first charge you half of their monthly charges in advance and then tell you that you need to take some more services for starting your business & will charge extra for that.then they will provide you fake invoices using their bank account & tell you to make the purchase. don’t fall in their trap.they will not refund you a single cent
