They provided all the needed procedures, documents and even amazon contacts for escalation. Eventhough we are located in two different timezones we always had a quick answer for all our questions and problems. I was facing Amazon Seller account suspension and was given a chance to appeal. We had fixed our problems, but had no idea how to articulate it in a format that fit Amazon's process. Chris reviewed our first draft and gave me invaluable feedback. We basically had to rewrite it. He helped me understand exactly how Amazon wanted us break down the problem and explain our corrective actions. He was even kind enough to give our revised POA a quick look and provided feedback via email before we sent it in. Our POA was approved in two days (over a holiday weekend). If it weren't for Chris's advice, I'm sure that we would not have explained our own actions thoroughly enough and likely would've had our account suspended until we got to the point that Chris got us to.
