We had a great experience with e-commerceChris. We were having issues getting back on amazon and we were at a dead end. E-commerce resolved the issue within 24 hrs. Thank you.

I highly recommend Chris to anyone who needs help with Amazon appeals or account-related issues. He was extremely responsive, knowledgeable, and professional throughout the entire process. What stood out most was how proactive he was. I never felt like I had to chase him down for updates—he was always checking in, following up, and making sure things continued moving in the right direction. He took the time to understand the situation, was easy to communicate with, and was always available when I had questions or needed guidance. Dealing with Amazon issues can be stressful, and having someone like Chris who is responsive, proactive, and genuinely stays on top of the case makes a huge difference. I had a great experience working with him and would absolutely recommend Chris to any Amazon seller who needs help navigating appeals or account issues.

Everything was perfect - communication, responsiveness, supersonic reaction on changing conditions. Wonderful experience.

Chris did a great job on analyzing my situation and guiding me to report abusing competitors. The success was unexpected, a great resolution from Amazon removing the abusing sellers in my niche. Chris was present, quick to reply and had all the insights I was missing to reach my goal. Thank you so much for your effort and time!

I highly recommend ecommerceChris’s services. I received exceptional support throughout the whole process after two of our ASINs were taken down for “suspected misuse of logo.” It was a long and hard process, but they stuck with it until the end, helped us get our ASINs reactivated, and helped prevent similar issues from happening again in the future. Many thanks!

I worked with Chris on a complex Amazon-related issue that required deep expertise. From the beginning, they demonstrated a strong understanding of the situation and guided me with clarity and confidence. Communication was clear, responsive, and focused on outcomes. Most importantly, they delivered! The issue was resolved successfully. If you're dealing with challenging situations and need someone who knows how to navigate them effectively, I can definitely recommend working with Chris.

We came to Chris in a really tough spot. Our Amazon account had severe violations and had been restricted for months. We had no clear path forward and weren't sure we'd get it back at all. Chris and his team, especially Leah who was our main point of contact, walked us through everything. They helped us understand exactly what Amazon was looking for, guided us on how to respond to each violation and case, and kept us moving in the right direction over nearly three months. We got the account fully reactivated across both marketplaces. Leah's communication and attention to detail were a big part of why this worked out. If you're dealing with an Amazon account issue, don't waste time trying to figure it out alone. Highly recommend Chris and the whole team.
