The value of the items FAR exceeded the cost of the box, and I loved pretty much everything inside. I already had one of the items, but I love it so much I didn't mind having more! I can't wait for my next box!

The products look great, but the paper included said to go to the website to learn about the products. One of the items I received wasn't on the website. I think it would be better for the paper to give a description of the products included in the box.

I am so thrilled with the box I received from Ecocentric Mom. Everything I received is fantastic, packaging was great, and it was well worth the price. Shipping was a little weird, but that was because USPS didn't scan something properly as the box progressed along its shipping route and was not the fault of Ecocentric Mom at all. In fact, when I contacted their customer service to ask about this I received a prompt and well-thought-out response. I will be continuing this subscription and will definitely be recommending it to others!

My box shipped out from 2 hours away from me and it took 8 days to get here. Also, after all of the excitment when i did get my box it was full of things I would not use. I am even missing one of the things that I picked to me in my box. The only thing I will use would be the salve which is one if the 2 items I picked but the only one i got. If it were possible to send the box back for even half a refund I would as its useless to me. I am just extremely disappointed.

One of the products leaked and I had to get rid of everything.

I still haven’t received my box. It’s been almost a month. *reply* I placed my order on 9/6. I understand that you ship once a month. I read anything and everything I can before I give someone my money. Maybe your company should consider sending boxes earlier in the month so that your customers have a chance to look at their boxes before they have to make selections for the next month. I know this would be beneficial for me personally. I’m sure others would agree.

Hi! We try super hard to communicate our shipping policy on our website but we ship Club boxes 1x per month in the last week of the month. If you placed your order after the 25th of the month you get queued up for the following month's batch. This policy is written on the website, in the FAQ and in your order receipt. Once we ship the box it takes 3-7 business days to get to you. I'm sorry you weren't aware of our shipping policy but I hope you enjoy your box when it arrives. Please consider updating this review once your box comes, as 1 star reviews don't reflect our commitment to provide great service and products to our community. Response: Thanks for the feedback! We'll definitely take this into consideration. You have until the 5th to make your selections and we expect boxes to be delivered by then but I can see why a few more days would be helpful. Remember you can skip any month or months that you wish to!

I had a box gifted to me for my birthday and I was very pleasantly surprised with my box! It had a wide variety of items, some brands I had heard of and others were new to me, and every item seems to be of good quality. I'm excited to try everything out!
