Michael was very helpful, fast to respond, and made me feel confident that my tax is going to be done in the best possible manner.

Great at the beginning (high entry fee), I do not recommend for a long term. Chripa John, CPA didn't reply to any of my emails regarding tax return for 2019. Paid $480 penalty to CA Franchise Tax Board. The lack of good communication does not help. Carlos Cardoso, EA, ATA assumes that the client knows some rules regarding taxes.
