Eco-Tax, IncReviews of eco-tax.com

I love the EcoTax services and have been using them since 2016. However, my new favorite thing about Ecotax is Hannah Frirdfertig. She, in particular, is a true caring professional, and a sparkling delight to speak with over the phone. Even on opposite sides of the US (literally SoCal —>NY) I felt like she was right by my side and was going to ensure everything was handled efficiently and appropriately—and it was! She is an exceptional member of the client support team member...I’m kinda suspicious, she may actually be C-level Executive, she’s that polished, professional, and phantastic (I needed another P adjective, couldn’t resist).

Four years and counting of excellent service from the Eco-Tax Inc. team.

Good customer service and experience

Alan and the eco-tax team are always very helpful and thorough when planning for taxes or answering any questions. Easy to get a hold of, I needed a CPA letter for a refinance and had it back within the hour. Eco-tax makes things simple and straightforward for my small business. Happy to have them as my accountant!

Eco-Tax has been great in helping me with Taxes and Accounting throughout the 5 years I have been getting their help. Maria Bachayeva, with whom I work directly is a great Tax Accountant and an amazing person to work with. She covers all bases and addresses potential needs and considerations when it comes to anything related to Accounting or Taxes. Highly recommended..

Maria is my accountant and she continually makes me wonder why I didn't hire Ecotax years ago! She is incredibly helpful, and patient with me and always follows up in a timely manner on questions I ask for which she doesn't have the answers. And I never have to wonder if she is giving my good counsel, because she always does. She is proative, and has been particulary helpful with the CARES act benefits this year. She works seamlessly with my bookkeeper and payroll person as well. 5 stars all the way!
