Joanna and I had issues accessing my TWC payroll account. Joanna figured out what was wrong with the login account and fixed it, she then gave me access to my own account. I appreciate that she stuck with it until it was fixed.

As a foreigner, I made an LLC in US and have talked to over 6 accounting firms in regards to my reporting obligations. No one has been able to explain my responsibilities and requirements as clearly as John Holmqiust. He also explained that a corporate structure is better for foreigners and told me how to avoid a $25,000 fine by filing 5472. I am greatful for his knowledge and guidance.
