MAK's ECM RebuildersReviews of ecmrebuilders.com

They actually called and wanted to get all the information about the pcms problems, the codes and the non code problem's.

4/19/24- Order placed and said it was "in stock" 4/23/24- Received email saying ECM was not in stock, but one had been sourced and I would receive an email when it shipped. 4/25/24- Sent an email saying I needed it by 5/3 or 5/4, if not cancel the order. No response. 4/29/24- I called and the representative could only tell me the order was still being processed, no other details. He had no knowledge of any emails that had been exchanged. I told him to cancel the order and issue the refund. He confirmed the order was cancelled and the refund would be issued in 1-3 business days. 5/3/24- No refund issued. I called back and got the same representative. He confirmed the order was cancelled, but didn't have information about the refund. I was put on hold. After a minute, he hung up on me. I called back and got Henry. Henry saw the order was cancelled and the refund was in the queue. He told me he would look further into it and he would call me back. After a few minutes, he called back and told me the refund was processed. Cheers to Henry for taking care of business. It was the end of the week when Henry said the refund was processed. I will confirm with the bank that the money showed back up. If it didn't, I will update this review. Overall, I would not do business with this company. Up until the end, I felt like this was a scam.

Had some issues and they stood behind product, if I need a pcm or trim I can with confidence do business with them very good service

Sent a faulty pcm. Wont stay running. My pcm that I have runs the truck but misfire at idle. The 1 you sent doesn’t even work

Worked as intended. unit arrived timely and CS helped assist an incorrect address change just before shipping. Will use again

Everything with the ecm works great but when I put a scan tool on it found that it was programed with a different Vin so I emailed support and the responded and ask what it was showing and what the correct Vin should be never got any email back and waited a week and emailed them again with everything and never got a response

Technician did not give up and pursued all resources to complete repair. Will return

Great customer service the part was excellent and on time
