I order a ECM rebuilt for my truck but end up showing some codes ,,,so after i check everything end up been the ECM ,,,so i call them told them the problem ...they say no problem we will send you a new one, recieved it with in 2 days install it and now my truck its working like a champ!!!no body is perfect just great service thanks guys!!!!

Bad ECU from day one, No start 2015 Dodge promaster. It is not ( plug & play) ECM would not sync with BCM even after their tech support instructions , after returning ECM they refuse to sent full refund charging me $120 for rental fee. I would not recommend to do business with this company.

Bad ECU from day one, No start 2017 Dodge promaster. It is not ( plug & play) ECU would not sync with BCM even after their tech support instructions, I paid for their 2 day shipping, it was sent by ground and received it 8 days later, installed ECU 2 days with tech support and still not starting. We requested a replacement, tech email me they don't have anymore in stock. Request a FULL refund, and was charged $120 with no explanation or breakdown for the $120 dollars, after requesting a full breakdown their response is now a "rental fee" in which I had this part for 3 days in which 2 days was spent with their tech support trying to get this part to start/work. We will dispute this purchase with our credit company, I would NOT recommend doing business with this company. Unfortunately you have to leave a star before leaving feedback !
