Still not received necklace ordered 27th September had contact with firm by email looks like an automated reply as the wording was exactly the same it says we are having logistics problems think the site is a scam

Ecliporia.com is scammers. I ordered a necklace over a month ago and I have tried to contact them to get my money back or the necklace but they are ignoring me. I tried to leave review on their site but they have a company called Judgeme that removes my reviews. So hopefully someone reads this before they get ripped off also. I bought the necklace on October 2.

I never received my package and i reached out to them and never heard back from them.

I never received my product and after a month of reaching out and trying to get a hold of a customer service representative I got no answer.

I didn't receive my order and you haven't responded to my two emails. I will be reporting you.

Don't buy from this company

I bought milk powder on this website, but I have not received the package for nearly three weeks, and there is no after-sales help for me. Please be careful when shopping here！！！！！

I have yet to receive the product I have ordered. It has been allegedly shipped 2 times but both times the fedex tracking number is not associated with my name or address. The last one was delivered to a Christian school and was a vacuum, and in their name. I have tried to get money back and or my merchandise to no avail. Leaving me with no other conclusion than this is a scam website
