They did not honor the lifetime membership I purchased and it seems that they now that they have gotten what they needed monetarily, have chosen to renege on what was purchased by us. Just because you've grown as a company and decided to make your product more scalable, we shouldn't be penalized. "They have too much dop on their chip" and I'm sure out early contributions were valued back when they were a start up company. Do right by people.

Bought a license which they discontinued without hesitation. They don't care two cent about customers and will give them the finger as soon as they see profits. Business practices like this are awful, please don't support companies that do this!

We are gutted to hear this. The sunset of the Individual product code base was not meant to alienate those who purchased a lifetime deal roughly five years ago. The change was absolutely necessary to diversify the product and improve the products eclincher is able to offer now and in the future. Social media marketing is evolving rapidly and our products need to be able to evolve as well to ultimately support our clients needs and wants as a business. Unethical, breached contract with Appsumo. This business sold things to users that they later did not provide, blatantly scamming. I hope we all unite to sue them for this.
