Just got a new bike from them for my YouTube review....excellent packaging and shipping was fast and easy. Great customer service post sale as I bought it with my own money on a few minor issues or questions. Fantastic suspension out of the box abd hit 43 MPH weighing 259lbs. highly recommend

This is a review from Zachary Worley aka Zoey. This American made EBike Company is the BEST. They make INCREDIBLE bikes for a decent price for what they are. They are hefty, massive, and powerful. They do not disappoint like the cheap made China ones that fold, or don't go far or very fast, and just don't last. Plus if you want to have a good protection plan that you know will have your back, make sure to use this company. You email them, they'll take u through the steps they need, and they will send you whatever u need. Very pleasant staff and very trustworthy! Make sure to hold back on expense when buying a vehicle/commuter, and go with Ebycco! Customer service is great and help find the solution of issues! And they solve them! I got the C5Pro and it is a BEAST. Everyone complements it. It's the baddest thing I've seen on the street.

Amazing customer service. Highly recommend these bikes. They are fun, fast, and so far reliable. I've had to reach out to customer service over a few small items unrelated to the bike itself and they have been nothing short of outstanding and helpful.
