® eBuy Nails I Pedicure Spa I ManicureReviews of ebuynails.com

I called their phone because I'm a little confused with the description of the product, and the woman explained it to me politely. I got a great experience. Till I order again!

Thank you I appreciate with you guys thank you

There are many colors for Tivoli pedicure spa chair, it's hard me for to realize. Product description need more improve.

I ordered my pedicure chairs with ebuynails.com and their service was excellent. They made everything clear such as when I expected to receive my products, warranty time, how to install the spa, what do I need to check before signning the receipt... I had a very good experience with them and will be contacting them anytime I need something for my salon.

I gave this place 3 stars instead of 5 is because they have great prices. But their customer service skills need to improve. I only need description but hardly heard when the sale rep introducing or instructing about pedicure spa. Anyway, they are still good for order online yourself.

Excellent service would use your site time and time again!!!

My chair, but it has a bit problem. It need to be repair form you. Now it is okie.

The website look really impressive and convenient for me to use. Iam not good at internet but need new things for my salon so I shopped around few sites and they made me went around around, so complicated. I like simple thing. Ebuynails.com also offer very nice customer service and chat support and answered my question quickly. They have many models of pedicure spas for my salon design. They really do good business. Strongly recommeded for someone like simple and nice service as me.
