I have been waiting for my order for at least a month and it seems its lost in transit, I gave the correct information for delivery and have spent too much money to not receive a product. The shipping providers are also in a foreign language, korean or mandarin, and I can't even have USPS look up the carrier code to see where it is. Very disappointed

Avoid. The curtains they sent were smaller than what was advertised. When I asked for refund, they told me to pay for the expensive shipping cost even though I have already paid for shipping when buying the item. The customer service do not have any interest in resolving the problem, very unhelpful. Now I end up with a curtain that doesn't fit my window but I am not going to buy another curtain from them to replace the curtain I need. Avoid, avoid, they have no interest in repeat customer with their bad attitude.

I ordered a pair of Harry Potter curtains and the size was completely wrong, company said they could only change them if I send the curtains back, surprise surprise I had to send them back to an address in China at a cost of £29!!! Absolute con of a company, avoid at all costs.

I ordered disney cars curtains. Nowhere in the description said the words on the curtains were in German. I asked to return them, but they want me to cover the shipping costs. Since I paid $20 to have them shipped to me, and would need to pay another $20 to return the curtains, I end up losing $5 after the refund. But I don't even trust that I'd receive a refund so I'll cut my losses and never buy anything from this company again.
