People seem to have the same problem I did when signing up and sending email through eBluejay. I found out that you can send email through their site. However, you will need to go to the email you used to signed up with such as gmail, yahoo, outlook etc... to get an answers to the email you sent. The owners of eBluejay are very good at sending a quick response back to you (at the email you signed up with for eBluejay). If you want to register to sell on eBluejay.com, fill in the information it asks for. You will not be able to change your store name or the email address you register with. Only if you have a SELLER account, you can go to the very bottom of your site page and click on CONTACT to email the owners about your issues. You will not be able to contact them if you do not have a Seller account. When you send the email, you will not be able to go to your messages box on your site to get the response to your email. You have to go to your email that you registered with to get their response to your mail. It seems as if the messages on the site are used only for the buyers and sellers to communicate with each other.

Thanks to Ebluejay. This store owner was deleted. But this is not a solution for me, because it may open a new store. For myself, the solution I see is to put watermarks on all the photos, an image with the name of my shop and authorship. In my opinion it is nice to have reviews on every seller page. Then those things will stop.

As a seller I find it very easy to list the low fee for opening a store is great. I do see where improvement needs to happen should be a feature for combined shipping and away to place items on sale. I see a couple of reviews tell that is a scam. I don't think the site is a scam. I think there is a lot of stores that are inactive or have owners that are not paying attention by not updating information or just no interest in selling on the site. I'm sure there are some sellers like me that give good customer service to their customers.
