As of 3/26/2025 Admin will not respond to contact through the message them area of the site or directly by email. Weeks and no response to my question about a possible security breach issue. The won't confirm or deny but just ignore me. I had high hopes for this site but since the people who operate the site are non-responsive I don't believe this is a safe place for me to sell. It appears they have abandoned it. I will continue to use my other platforms instead.

I joined Ebluejay to purchase an item on there. After making the purchase, the seller never shipped the item. I sent multiple messages, but got no response. I then contacted the site administrators, but have yet to get a response. Thankfully I only paid $10 for my item. Back to eBay and Mercari, I go.

Cannot contact ebluejay.com admins. When you click "contact", a text box screen opens with subject, large textbox for your reason for messaging, and it will not send if you are not registered. Well, I tried registering, and am trying to retrieve my new password, and its not working. You cannot send the message unless you are registered. Well... tried ! Tom foolery here. NOT encouraged by this simplest of tasks being a problem.

1) A seller there stole artwork I had created and used it to promote their product on Ebluejay. It took them forever to remove it from the listing, but the artwork still appears on the thumbnail of their product. 2) a seller had a specific collectible I wanted, but when I asked them about it, they said "sorry, it was sold". And yet, it's still up there on Ebluejay for sale!!! I'm done with this place, and won't be going back; I deleted what info I could and will not use them now.

Step 1) see item you really want to buy Step 2) make an account Step 3) check for account activation email Step 4) attempt to contact someone when your activation email never arrives, only to find that you have to have an activated account to contact the site Step 5) register under another email address, maybe it’s just a one time fluke? Step 6) repeat step 5 until you get frustrated and give up or run out of email accounts to try Step 7) stare longingly at the listing for the thing you want knowing that it’s impossible to make an account on this site

I never received the "Welcome email", so can't activate my account, so also can't log in to access the account. As such, I can't spend my money on the eBlueJay site. Compound this with no Customer Service contact information for non-members! How are you supposed to get in touch with them if you can't activate your account...? Wow....

The seller misrepresented the item. I returned for refund, the seller received the item and has now ghosted me. Where do I go?? The seller is BusyQueen. I can't even leave feedback!

First time (and last time) buyer from eBluejay and I recently purchased a DVD from seller superconnie, the item was indicated as currently available. Since I was a first time buyer, I did a screen shot/print screen of each phase of my purchase as to have a documented record of that purchase, the first screen shot was of the original seller’s page for the DVD, after completing the transaction, I took another screen shot for my receipt of payment through eBluejay and my PayPal proof of purchase receipt and followed up with another screen shot of the sellers item page once again for that DVD which then indicated that the item was “SOLD”. I didn’t receive any email notification verifying my purchase from the seller or eBluejay, so I emailed the seller (with attachments showing my receipts) which I might add the seller has 2 different email addresses; I sent 2 emails, one email to each email addresses. The only response from the eBluejay seller superconnie was an email notification of a REFUND and it read, “you were refunded for this dvd is gone”. I curious, either 1) The listing was incorrect, or 2) The seller gave a refund in order to repost the DVD at a higher selling price. (This DVD is OOP, relisting would ensure to increase their profit). I’ve seen this scenario play out before on eBay. This eBluejay purchase was a very bad experience indeed. LET THE BUYER BEWARE.
