Hello, As we have already communicated via email, all screws, bolts, and components supplied with the bike rack are clearly labelled and correspond to the relevant parts shown in the provided assembly instructions and diagrams. After reviewing the photos provided, we also noticed that the supplied ratchet strap had been assembled in an incorrect position. It is important that the straps are installed as shown in the instructions and are not excessively tightened. Applying excessive pressure through the ratchet straps can place unnecessary force on the rack and, in particular, on the tilting mechanism, potentially causing damage. Unfortunately, when damage results from incorrect assembly, incorrect positioning of components, or excessive tightening beyond the intended use of the product, we cannot accept full liability for the resulting damage. Nevertheless, we always aim to support our customers and are happy to assist with the correct assembly and use of the rack, as well as discuss possible solutions for any damaged components. We fully respect our customers’ right to return a product in accordance with our return policy. However, in order for a refund to be processed, the returned product must first be received by us. Unfortunately, in this case, the parcel was not delivered directly to our return address and was instead left at a collection point. As we did not receive the returned EPAspeed BOX, we were unable to inspect the product or process the refund. We certainly do not refuse refunds for products that have been properly returned and received.
