Terrible web site I don't even understand how they even have a web site fraud and false advertisement they gone take your money it been 2 months they still haven't send my package they took my money I will never order from here u want your money don't try it terrible site terrible site no customer service you talk to a fake machine oh no they gotta go asap

I ordered a bike for 49.99 over a month ago yet to receive tracking it is a joke when id contact customer support by email it was just another excuse after another they got me for 60 dollars ill never see the bike or money again think I was just scammed

They advertise E bikes at an extremely low price and once you have filled out all of your payment information and click the button to purchase, a window opens saying that you cannot dispute charges with your credit card company. There was a button to click that says you understand that. I did not click on the “I understand “button, but the charge went through anyway.

Scam!!! Ordered several weeks ago! They took money out of my account, still no e-bike even after sending me several emails saying it was confirmed and the tracking links they sent were no good!

I have been waiting a month for my e-bike and it has still not got delivered and now it will not let me open the tracking details. DONT BUY
