I use Quickbooks Pro online for my small business and I love it! Works great, we invoice and people can pay with a very easy button right on the email with the invoice. Great customer service- love it!!

I just worked with Alex and he is…
I just worked with Alex and he is amazing! He helped clarify a few things with the 1-hour Live Bookkeeping Setup vs Live Full-Service Bookkeeping service and also helped fix a billing issue I had. He also helped consult on what other 3rd party integration tools work with QBO. Finally, I was working with a few QB agents, but the secret is to make sure to go to the help button and put in the right keywords of what you need help with and it will route to the correct agent.

It was great to have someone to talk…
It was great to have someone to talk with me that knew what I needed and get my program updated without any issues. I didn't realize I had to call the support # on my Icon in order to do this so I fought with Intuit for about 1/2 hour -45 minutes yesterday. Thanks so much for the quick response and update~
