eBedding4youReviews of ebedding4you.com

I found this bedding on another online website and wanted it to bad but it was way out of my budget. eBedding4you was not known to me but they came up on a Google search. They offer a "Name Your Price" feature which I was skeptical of. I offered a lowball amount and even though they did not accept it, what they countered with was HALF of the price on any other bedding site. I ordered it and received great communication on the order status then shipping. It arrived just when promise, it was packed well, and it was even better than I hoped it would be! I will start with eBedding4you next time and not waste time with any other sites.

My bedding order came quickly, and as described. The quality , coloring, and stitching was all good too. I am very pleased with it.

This is by far the worst customer service I ever received from an internet company. First, I called Ebedding4you to make sure rug was in stock (as some internet companies do not update their listings). I was assured it was in stock. A week after I placed my order, I was told it was not stock. I was then given a time frame when it would arrive it the warehouse. It did not arrive in the warehouse during the time period they quoted. When the shipment finally arrived in the warehouse, Ebedding4you told me it would take a a day or two to log it in and then I would get my shipping confirmation. Another two weeks went by with more excuses from Ebedding4you. It has been a total two months since my original order. I finally had to cancel my order since I was never getting straight answer out of them. Ebeedding4you passes the buck by blaming this on the "warehouse". However, if the warehouse is part of ebedding or a company that they do business with, then it is direct reflection on the people they work with and therefore a direct reflection on the way they do business. I also never received any proactive messages from the Ebedding4you about my order. Every time I call, it goes straight to a recording (which is already a little shady). Then they only communicate through emails AFTER you have called in your inquiry. As far as I can see, there is also no real concern for the customer from Ebedding4you, no honor in admitting fault and no real sense of urgency when they have made mistakes. Behavior and work ethic like this is unacceptable for a business. I will never do business with them again.

I would definitely recommend this site to everybody
