Customer service responded quickly and competently to my email inquiries. Delivery was fast. The product, available at a variety of different online vendors, was exactly the same as a higher priced one that I had recently purchased from another vendor.

Very disappointed. The description of the bedding I purchased said "Red", which is exactly what I need. However, when it arrived it was actually pink and some mauve/rose so I called customer service to return it. Not only do I have to pay for the return shipping (which I was already aware of) but the representative says I'll be charged a TWENTY PERCENT "restocking fee". I was also told that the process to get a refund takes at least a month! All this just because the bedding was misrepresented as "Red". Bad customer service. I will not be using eBedding4you again.

Quick shipping and courteous customer service.

Could not find reviews on this company but took a chance because of the great prices. Bought a comforter set I originally saw at Bed Bath & Beyond, much better price, no problems with service or shipping.

I will use them again.
