They are big scammers, they asks for credit card details while booking the ticket and save our card details on their portal for doing any fraudulent activity later, I have received such activities now my card and I never faced this issue before, don’t fall on their trap to share the details.

Worst service. They say something and we will get something. First they’ll mention the amount and later that amount will be increased automatically. I never book the flight with duration more than 26 and while booking they mentioned both travel time would be less than 27hrs but they booked it for more than 30 hours. Now they are saying it’s non refundable or can’t change any further on the flights.

Worst Service ever They booked me a ticket that turned out to be invalid. Now, instead of refunding my money, they keep playing games, saying they’ll fix it—day after day—with the same excuses. The most common one is: “Sir/Madam, the manager is not here. I’ll have him call you.” He never calls. And if he does, it’s just more excuses. I been hearing same excuse for 2 weeks now. How can I ever use this agency again, or recommend them to anyone for buying tickets? Wish there was option less than 1 star

Review How does anyone continue buying tickets from EZFare after just one experience? Worst service ever when there’s an issue. They sold me a ticket from Washington, D.C. to India, but the baby’s ticket was invalid — Qatar Airways wouldn’t even accept it because ezfare some is invalid ticket . On top of that, they charged me $800 for the infant ticket when it should’ve been around $250. Every day I get a different representative, and they all say the same thing: “Sir/Madam, I will fix it — please give us one day.” It’s been over a week now, and nothing has been resolved. No fix, no refund, just empty promises. Manager is the worst, Kunal guy is the person who sold us all the tickets . Now he been hiding

This is a clear scam. Please be careful. There reviews are fake and bot generated. They will purchase tickets then once purchased via credit card they will void the tickets and ask you to pay via Zelle. This is posted after the business reply I see that they responded to my review. I called British airways directly and they did not flag the transition as suspicious. In addition eazyfares asked for a picture of my photo ID and a picture of credit card to avoid any issues with the airlines. I sincerely hope this company will delete my personal information

The service was extremely disappointing. They provided incorrect information, which caused serious issues for my friend and her son. They were told the luggage fee would be $200, but were charged $750 instead. When they reported the issue, no action was taken to resolve it. This experience was very frustrating and unacceptable.

I booked my flight with them and people who guided me gave me wrong information about the extra luggage as I had discussed everything in detail with the team. As per them I had to pay $100 for an extra luggage through Air Canada. I had booked 2 tickets so my approx. cost according to them was $200 and the connection they gave me while coming back from Delhi charged me $739 and now, I have been messaging and calling them, but no one is getting back to me. I was in constant contact with Asish and Aman. Shruti booked my ticket. Now when I'm trying to contact, they are not responding and telling they are on leave and have left the company. They should have a good customer service and should respond to the customers
