First time I ordered, it wasn't shipped. Second time, the wrong kind of box came. Customer service was nice about it but I didn't appreciate 2 things going wrong.

My Wife and I typically get Sour Patch Kids for travel and tried these as a healthier alternative. Although the candies are good they are not nearly sour enough for our liking.

I like the product. A little too sweet for me but they’re good and they satisfy my cravings. Customer service needs work. I ended up with 2 shipments I didn’t order because one went through Shopify as if I’m supposed to know that. I order from their website and that’s all I care about. Whoever answered me told me this and acted as if I’m an idiot. I might be in this case because I ordered from them. If they contract out to Shopify it’s not my problem. I was hoping for some empathy and didn’t get it.

I had a subscription, but when I tried to change the flavors and quantity of each, I could not do it online. I finally had to cancel and reorder, so I did not get my second month reward which was a tupperware set. I do like the variety of flavors, and how they help my digestion.

Love the product, Hate the complete and utter lack of customer service. I haven't seen such a low quality customer account setup since the invention of the internet! There is no way to track upcoming orders and when I reached out to customer support, I got a canned answer that didn't match my question. They can and should di much better.

Fantastic product zero service They provide an email address to contact for service but apparently no one monitors it or responds. I wanted the change my frequency and quantity but could not get a response. I finally had to cancel and re-subscribe to get what I wanted.

The products are fabulous. The customer service is terrible. I guess I signed up for a subscription, which isn't what I mean to do when I ordered 20 bags!! When they sent me a notice saying my next shipment was coming, I tried to pause my subscription. They said I could do it on the portal. I could NOT figure out how to do it so I contacted customer service two times for them to help me. NO response until the next week and AFTER my next shipment was already sent.
