The product is fantastic but the process to change flavors if you want to, is long and tedious and if the website worked better you wouldn’t have to talk to customer service for that.

Product is wonderful. Shipping and logistics a nightmare. Delivery couldn’t find my house or package drop box. Support told me there was a problem with my order and they would reship, promising to use a different carrier. Carrier eventually found my house and tossed the package over the gate instead of using the package delivery shelf next to the gate. My dog then could attack the package on the ground inside the gate; fortunately it was discovered before he ate any.

The ordering process was a bit complicated. Really looked more like a scam site. I was leery, but the result is a product that truly works. Not only am I on glp-1, but have other issues that require the fiber. The other reason I didn’t give it five stars is the product is made in China. I was hoping a U.S. based company would stick with U.S. production.

I like the taste and the effect of the majority of candies I have tried so far. Not crazy about the colas. I bought some candies from Target before I ordered direct from you and liked them well enough for the order I placed. Lots of candies yet to try, but so far very favorable and flavorful!

The super sour was the best one. They all seem to have the same general flavor then a specific flavor. The higher fiber content is a huge plus. Better than candy glad I tried it.

The taste of the candy is good. I wish one package was fewer carbs as I watch for snacks for my Type 1 diabetes granddaughter. I like the no bad additives as well.
