Can’t cancel my subscription! They keep coming!
While the products themselves are fantastic, their shipping and billing procedures needs to be closely monitored. I keep getting orders even though I’ve cancelled on-line and via emails. They keep billing me and sending me the gummies but I didn’t order anymore. Very frustrating and annoying. I have enough gummies to last me the rest of this year and I just received more emails stating my next shipment will be sent out July 30th! You can’t stop them!!

Bags are fairly small for the price you…
Bags are fairly small for the price you pay. Flavors are okay but it's just not worth the money.

Love the candy, but…
Love the candy - no doubt about it. Which is why I was bothered that the order lingered at a transit site , Miami, for 3 days, in this heat! When I inquired, I was told it was probably because of an incorrect address. I was told another order would be sent out. Incorrect address can’t be the cause because surprise!! Surprise!! The package finally arrived. I did receive a prior order with no issues. This one? Not so much! Please do better next time!

Disappointed this auto renewed without…
Disappointed this auto renewed without subscription Do not think you just bought it once!!! Difficult to cancel subscription! I couldn’t even find where I signed up for auto renewals They will get a class action lawsuit eventually and go belly up for this practice. Hmmmmm

Solid product, Shameless business practices
I like the products ordered roughly $100ish of various items. Noted on the order itself the business engaged in multiple attempts to addon, upsell, and trick the user. So much so I almost backed out of the order. But I went forward with it anyways cause hey maybe they are good gummies(they are) I remember distinctly being asked if I wanted to subscribe for re-up I chose to decline that offer Figured I would wait till I tried them Well behold this morning I get an email saying hey your shipment is about to be ready I said odd cause I already got it a month ago Well they decided I didn't opt out and were getting ready to charge me again for another shipment I head to the site, find a way to unsubscribe and move on with my life Sadly I probably would have bought more from them but due to the very clearly designed to trick the end user website I will not be following up with a future purchase Guys simply put let your product stand on it own don't play a game of gotcha at checkout.

I really enjoy these gummy’s a lot
I really enjoy these gummy’s a lot. But the company has a lot of issues getting back to people and the customer service department needs an upgrade. You are a business you’re selling a product. You need to answer questions to your clients and customers to assure that they’re getting a good product and satisfactory. Customer service is a step one to this process. I’m a business marketing major and you guys are doing everything wrong. You would sell more product if you had a better system. Unfortunately I will not be purchasing anymore because it is frustrating to cancel a subscription or even to get in touch with someone about a concern or a unsatisfactory complaint but no one wants to reach out and learn more about that how to be better it’s really too bad.
