I only wanted the pineapple flavor
I only wanted the pineapple flavor, so I settled for the Tropical pack. Unfortunately, all the sour flavors taste the same…just a sour collection. I’m not ordering anymore.
Response from Shameless SnacksAug 5, 2026
We're truly sorry to hear that the Tropical pack didn't meet your expectations and that the sour flavors were disappointing. We understand how frustrating it can be when a product doesn't deliver the specific taste you were hoping for. Your feedback about the distinctiveness of our sour flavors is valuable, and we'll certainly take it into consideration as we continue to improve our offerings.

Delivery took a really long time and they didn't include the 3 boxes of "candy carnival collection" that I purchased with my order. Haven't heard back from them yet...

These candies taste great BUT that's it...
These candies taste great! BUT they cause diarrhea, acid reflux and gas 10-10 bags did that to me. I paid 30 bucks for candy that supposedly was healthy when if I ate the "bad candies" they talk crap about none of them would've gave me diarrhea or any other issues.
Response from Shameless SnacksAug 3, 2026

After cancelling what I thought was…
After cancelling what I thought was every active subscription, I ordered more than a month of your product. As soon as my order was shipping I was notified another order was also shipping. You guys should notify someone when they order there is currently an active subscription or other order.

Beware of Reoccurring Charges
I had placed an order on May 31st. It kept offering more options to add on - which I did, and then when I checked out it said I now had subscribed to regular deliveries. This was NOT made clear beforehand. I sent and email on May31st and stated that I had not intended on this and I received a response from Shameless stating they would cancel the subscription. They also took away from my order many of the unique items that were probably only available if you had a subscription. (Very disappointing as I have ordered more than $600 from them so far). However on July 29th my credit card was charged $132.04 for a reoccurring order that I never placed. As much as I like the gummies, I am wondering if I can trust the company. I filed a dispute with my credit card company but should not have to go through this.
Response from Shameless SnacksAug 3, 2026
We appreciate you taking the time to share your experience with us. We are truly sorry to learn about the issues you encountered with your order and the unexpected subscription charge. We understand how frustrating it must be to have a recurring order placed that you did not authorize, especially after you had already communicated your intent to cancel. We are actively looking into your account to understand why the subscription was not fully canceled as requested and why you were charged again. We are committed to ensuring such incidents do not reoccur and are reviewing our processes to prevent similar situations for other customers.
