I've used Siteground previously. EasyWP was recommended on a training programme I took in Digital marketing. They do not disappoint. I had a minor issue, turning the status of my website from online to maintenance mode wasn't working for me. I accessed their online chat service and spoke with Oleksandra.S . They mentioned they'd be happy to complete the request on their end in 7-10 minutes and asked if I'd be OK holding fire working on my website whilst they did. Oleksandra.S managed to do it almost immediately so I wasn't waiting long. Whilst there, they recommended a few other things I could do my end to improve the usability of my account, as well as activating free services and sent me the relevant links. Great customer service and I'm appreciative of the fact I didn't have to click through 50 links to find their customer chat as other companies tend to do. My website is coming along wonderfully. Overall, as someone who is building a fully functional website for the first time (my siteground one was one page), I'm very happy. I recommend them highly. If you're ever stuck, contact their customer chat and if you happen to get Oleksandra.S, you'll leave the chat feeling relieved. I got them for a second time on 6th June, (lucky me!) and they were just as helpful so I've updated this review. Credit to EasyWp for hiring staff who represent their brand to the letter and a thanks to your team for your rapid reply to my review too. Keep up the great work, you're setting a great standard.
