Great customer service! I ordered a 13 inch doll and loved it! However, there was little confusion since I assumed the doll will include clothes on as shown on the picture. I contacted Easytot's customer service and Emma offered some great solution to this slight error. 10/10 customer service!

We could not have been more impressed with EasyTot. We ordered a beautiful, high quality washable nursery rug that's soft and plush, with EasyTot pricing far more favorable than Saks and other competitor retailers. The larger size we needed isn't offered by all retailers, but Easy Tot had it in stock -- so we placed our late evening order, only to immediately realize that I'd entered the wrong street # in the mailing address. I emailed EasyTot and then also called the next morning. Happily, Emma (yes, a real person focused on her customer's satisfaction) answered the phone and assured me that she'd already read my email, made the address correction and was just in the process of writing us back to let us know. We later had a few product questions, and EasyTot continued to impress. Emma made us feel like highly-valued customers, providing quick and responsive answers and conveying the message that customers matter! I don't often write testimonials but here Emma's and EasyTot's service was so extraordinary. Combine that with a curated and amazing product selection and competitive pricing -- and you've a recipe for success. Superb =shopping experience!
