Please please get on and report these guys they should not be allowed to manage anything . They charge you extra which is a fraud and they claim they have customer service they don't . Please report to the relevant authorities

Booked with them in August for flight in September, went through the booking process on site. After booking the thing was still pending so contacted them. They said prove had changed and had to pay £86 extra, did that then sent new pnr. Went onto airlines app to do the passenger info, saw that the price on there was for the original amount. Contacted bank and got a chargeback done, they tried to dispute it. Luckily I had the airline confirmation aswell so that helped me get money back. Don't use this company, total scammers, based in india

Easemytrip.com does not reserve 1 star When you book tickets, you will be asked more money to pay. Typical fraud company. And does not want to refund. Had to call a credit card company to report fraud to get my mony back.

I booked a China Eastern flight through EaseMyTrip UK for £647 and paid the advertised price. However, my booking remained pending and my e-ticket was not issued. When I contacted customer service, they said someone will call me back later which I started to feel worried. And later someone use WhatsApp called me and I was told that I had to pay over £100 extra to get my ticket issued. I was extremely disappointed and frustrated. The price advertised when I booked was £647, and I did not expect to be asked to pay more after making my payment. When I refused to accept the additional charge and requested a refund, the customer service representative was extremely rude and unhelpful. They refused to process my refund and said you can call the police which was extremely ridiculous. This experience has caused me unnecessary stress and wasted my time. I have now raised a dispute with PayPal. My advice to other travellers: please be extremely avoid this fraud agency EaseMyTrip UK. Make sure you read independent reviews which they all got similar horrible experience as me before paying, and consider booking directly with the airline to avoid this kind of uncertainty. I would really hope this extremely dodgy agency will be closed down as soon as possible!

They dont even deserve one star. AS others, booked my tickets, never received any tickets or PNRs, now they contact me via Wahtsapp, asking to "call because it is more convenient to discuss". I wish I have seen this reviews before. Raisisng it with my bank to dispute the payment

Scam, made a booking only for them to call me asking for an extra £170. Avoid avoid avoid. Now I have to wait for my refund and book elsewhere and having to pay way more as it’s closer to my departure date.

Absolute scam. We had the same awful experience as everyone else. Calling for more money a few hours before we headed to the airport. Asking for another 500 pounds! Rude, desperate and pushy. Kept ringing several times after we ask for a full refund and ask them to leave us alone.
