If I could give zero stars, I would! Scam company that takes your credit card and passport details only to send you scame like emails and WhatsApp messages to say there is a problem with your booking. Threatening to report them for fraud, they reply saying to allow them time to provide the tickets. None received, reported them, as we all should!

AVOID AT ALL COST
AVOID AT ALL COST. I am regretting so much not reading these reviews before I book a flight with them. Booked a flight only to have them call me saying I need to pay more as the fare went up - refusing to release the full refund and cancelation claiming that my outbound flight is already confirmed by the airline. but there is no evidence - no eticket number, nothing. In process of disbuting this with my bank, honestly the most absurd situation I've ever experienced in booking flights.

MAJOR SCAMMERS STAY AWAY FROM THEM
STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY MAJOR SCAMMERS. Don’t fall for the cheap price tricks.
EaseMyTrip UK (easemytrip.co.uk) is an online travel agency (OTA) affiliated with EaseMyTrip, a major Indian travel company.
While EaseMyTrip is a legitimate corporate entity, its UK operation and associated contact numbers face heavy consumer criticism for using high-pressure and deceptive sales tactics.
Common Complaints & Reported Tactics
* "Pending Ticket" Price Inflations: Customers buy a ticket, receive a booking confirmation marked as "Pending," and are later contacted via WhatsApp or phone claiming the flight is waitlisted or the airline raised the fare. The agent then demands an extra payment (often £50 to £300+) to issue the ticket.
* Bait-and-Switch Pricing: Listing artificially low flight prices on aggregators (like Google Flights or Skyscanner) to lure buyers, taking payment, and refusing to issue the ticket until additional money is paid.
* Delayed Refunds: Refusing or stalling refunds when customers reject price increases, often only processing refunds when threatened with chargebacks.
Who You Can Complain To
1. Trading Standards (via Citizens Advice)
Report them through the Citizens Advice Consumer Helpline (0808 223 1133). Citizens Advice logs formal complaints and escalates widespread unfair or misleading commercial practices directly to Trading Standards for regulatory investigation.
2. Action Fraud
If they took money for a ticket, failed to provide it, and refused to return your funds—or attempted to extort additional money under false pretenses—file a report with Action Fraud (0300 123 2040 or online).
3. Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) / ATOL
If you booked a flight-inclusive package or a booking covered under ATOL and they failed to provide an ATOL certificate or breached booking terms, submit a complaint to the Civil Aviation Authority.
4. Advertising Standards Authority (ASA)
If you were lured in by a price listed online that they refused to honor after taking payment, lodge an ad misleading complaint with the ASA.
How to Get Your Money Back
If you have an unresolved transaction or unauthorized charge:
* Credit Card (Section 75): If you spent over £100 on a credit card, contact your card provider to claim a full refund under Section 75 of the Consumer Credit Act for breach of contract.
* Debit Card (Chargeback): Contact your bank to request an immediate Chargeback claim for "services not provided" or "goods/services not as described." Bank chargebacks are often the fastest way to recover funds from non-compliant travel agents.

Scam: do not confirm flight then charge you more. Rude
We booked a flight, nothing was confirmed so we called them up. They claimed to have been calling us all morning but they had not (all our details were correct). Then they tried to tell us the price of our flight has gone up by £360. He then proceeds to try and tell me to take different flights for different prices from different airports. They're complete scammers! They leave you in a position where you can't get a flight. He then tried to refuse a refund, then when I said its my right then he said it will take a long time it's not worth it for you to wait. So then I said I'm calling my bank and at that he put the phone down on me. Completely awful! Trust the reviews and do not even bother trying to book with them they will just give you a headache.
'Ben' was very rude.

Awful company!
Awful company!
Just came here to share the same experience as everyone else. They advertise a price, you accept, it sits pending for 24hrs before they contact you to advise the price has gone up by around £150. They attempt to pressure you to accept the additional fee. Call centre staff speak poor English and comms via email is very questionable and unprofessional.
I'm now having to wait for them to refund the full amount I paid.

Purposely misleading - will never go near them again
1 star. I booked an international flight (Bangkok to Riyadh) through EaseMyTrip and received an email titled “Your Flight Tickets” with a PDF e-ticket that included a barcode and seat number - it looked like a complete, valid travel document. Nowhere did it clearly state that this was NOT sufficient to board and that I still needed to collect a separate physical boarding pass at the airline’s check-in counter before a strict cutoff time.
I arrived at the airport less than an hour before departure believing I was already set to fly, only to be told at departures that check-in had closed and I could not board. Because the requirement to collect a physical boarding pass wasn’t made clear, I lost my international flight and had to book a replacement at my own expense.
When I called customer support afterward for help, I was told I was “first in line” and stayed on hold for over half an hour with no progress at all.
A frustrating and costly experience for what should have been a routine booking, made worse by customer support that was completely unreachable when I needed help. My advice: don’t book through this platform. Go directly through the airline’s own website, or use a different booking platform - the small savings aren’t worth the risk if something goes wrong.

Wow - thank god I got my money refunded. I did have an inkling when I booked the flights via this agent, and of course, they called me back saying the "airlines promotion only applies to one passenger and the rest of us will have to pay some hundreds of £ extra". They hesitated to refund me in full even though it was only booked several hours prior, stating cancellation fees. Anyway, I'm just relieved I got my money back, and I will never come near this travel agent again.
