Easy Massage ChairReviews of easymassagechair.com

I made the purchase using the website's chat option. The representative helped explain the chair features to us, gave us a good price as well. From start to finish the process went without a hitch. Item arrived on time, the delivery crew assembled it and show us how to use the chair. An excellent purchasing experience.

I called Easy Massage Chair and my questions were answered to my satisfaction. I decided to purchase the Osaki Alpine Pro and the delivery was completed within 7-days. Wow! I'm very satisfied with the Osaki Alpine Pro. I ordered the chocolate color. It looks fantastic! After getting the chair inside it took about 35 minutes for me to unbox and set it up. That's it! The experience of receiving a massage in my home, anytime of day, and selecting the type and duration of massage has made it worth it to my wife, our children and I. I'm 6'4 and my wife is 5'2". The automatic leg extension feature accommodates my leg length by simply pressing my toes when I need to stop it from retracting back. My wife and our youngest daughter, age 10, use it with the leg fully retracted. This thing is a dream! I highly recommend it!

Easy Massage Chair had the best prices around for a massage chair and an amazing selection to choose from. But what I found the most impressive was their customer service. I had to contact them several times with various questions and they were always prompt in getting back to me in a professional way.

How I got to buy this Titan Pro Ace II from Easy Massage Chair is just pure coincidence with a live chat conversation with a real agent. I was about to buy the chair from another website but since the chair is still new in the market, there were not enough reviews. So I searched around on google and found some info for this chair on EMC website and was greeted by a store agent through live chat. He was able to help answer all my question, offered price match and no t*x with free shipping, the deal I got is a steal! I got a phone call with the agent after the live chat to confirm the order and payment. I like that I could talk to a real person when ordering and customer service followed up the next for the shipping status and curbside delivery instructions, even sent me electronic manual instruction for the chair. Basically, placing an order through EMC for the first time was a great experience, the process is easy, straight forward, and as expected. Freight company called me the day before delivery date for appointment. Its curbside delivery so this huge box sits on a wood pallet. Freight shipping time is actually faster than expected. I ordered on a Tuesday and received the chair the following Monday. I highly recommend Easy Massage Chair and I would buy again in the future.

Ordered the Osaki Pro first class massage chair. Amazing chair and awesome customer service. Fast shipping and assembly. Thanks easy massage chair !

Great price, great service, the white glove delivery is worth EVERY penny! We are active seniors and the chair helps us recover from our workouts and Pickleball.

I have searched for a massage chair for at least two years and decided that I would finally buy one. I met Vincent at Easy Massage Chair on the internet and I spoke to him several times on the phone. I explained to him what I was looking for in a massage chair and the cost factor I was looking for in purchasing this chair. Vincent helped us immensely and never tried to do a pressure sell to upgrade to something we did not need. My husband even talked to Vincent and decide to move up one level and I couldn't be happier. I have used the chair at least once a day since I purchased it in December, 2019. Thank you Vincent and Easy Massage. So far so good! (I highly suggest that you purchase the "white glove delivery)

Awesome massage chair! Great service and support. Staff was extremely knowledgeable and provided guidance in choosing the perfect chair for us!! Highly recommended.
