I waited 11 days for my order when I called them I had to leave a message they never called me back, then cancelled my order. They charged my card, the very day i placed the order now I have to make sure that I get my money back. I will never order from them again. They have bad or correction no customer service all. This is not a reputable company all....if I could give them a 0 I would..

easylivinghealth.com is a wonderful shopping site for finding all my health needs.They have best prices ever and fantastic service and quick turn around on service. Great packing & pretty quick delivery.Love the free shipping. And Customer service is just as great! I was truly impressed and will definitely order from them again.

I ordered and paid quickly, there was no update on my order. Waited and waited.... when the order arrived it was short two items and the invoice was not modified. Will now have to check credit card to see if invoice was modified. Will not order from them again when there are many more professional options out there.

I ordered a product from this company and waited the 8 business days before I tried to contact them. I never received my product so I logged in to check my status, they cancelled my order and never told me! I called 3 times and never got to talk to anyone in person. Emailed them finally got a response saying they never took out my money from my account, which they did it shows in my bank account. They said they would look into that because they didn't see it, I told them not to worry about it you're too hard to work with I'll just contact my bank. They told me not to do that to let them take care of it or my bank would charge myself and them. I gave them until the end of business day to fix it because I was already fed up with them. And I actually gave them one more day still nothing back! I have now called my bank and they are fixing it for me. I don't believe they are a real company, and all the good reviews are from them!

Marketing material mail out misrepresents customer service and product warranty. Automated message (1-415-673-8033) system for customer rep service is non-existent. Don't ask, they are not responsive and won't return any call messages (that way they seek to avoid any warranty issues or refunds). On a scale of 1 to 10, 1 being the worst, 10 being best, I rate Easy Living Health -10, so Buyers Beware!! Ron K Order#162793 8/17/14

If I could put 0 stars I would. I put something in my "cart" on Easy Livings Website, then saw that the website had loaded the wrong product into the cart so I never purchased the item. A week later I saw that my card was charged even though I never submitted my order. I couldn't reach customer service by phone. No one responded to my emails. Shipping took longer than usual. Now I am stuck with a supplement I never needed and never actually ordered. This website is flawed and I had no customer service to help me and my card magically got charged. I will NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN!!!

I have been very successful with all of the products that I have ordered through Easy Living Health. The quality of the supplements and the prices are very good.
