Shipped several vehicles with Easyhaul already and each one was delivered safely, in a timely manner, and for a good price!

Complete run around. I had to go with another shipper after $240 in storage fees ran up.

Don’t be fooled by the recent reviews this company is the worst company out there… they will rip you off up and down in every way possible, they are the rudest and most UNPROFESSIONAL people I have ever dealt with in my life!!! My shipment was delayed for over 5 months telling me they could not find booking, after 100 emails and endless phone calls nothing changed, I get to the point where I insisted I wanted to pull my cars and get another company to deal with my enquiry then in less then 24 hours they managed to find a booking but of course this came with a price! They charged me storage fee, the delay was not my fault but yet they charge me storage fee, as you know they only a booking agency so They use other companies yards to arrange shipments, so I contacted the main company where my cars were stored and they said they don’t charge there customers any storage fee so I get back to easy rip haul that’s what I call them and asked to provide me storage fee invoice in which they failed… I dealt with Julia, Eugene, Hunar Assad (the rudest and most unprofessional person ever existed) I refused to pay so I had kate Nevmerzhytska offering me a discount on the storage fee that doesn’t even exist and to make matters worse my shipment left the warehouse on the 16th but they charged me up till the vessel sailing date which was the 25th… my container arrived and they didn’t send the release form so again I was delayed for another week because these people wouldn’t and can not do anything right… 1 star is way too much for them, Avoid using them at any cost, they should be shut down and not allowed to trade they would scam you and black mail you if you don’t pay them… lesson learned and my review is to warn people not to fall into there scam!!! I still have all the emails and conversations for anyone wanting proves of the above please comment and I will happily provide them…. In respond to your lie in your reply if my shipment was delayed by two weeks as you stated in your previous comment why I was charged months worth of storage?? My cars were ready to ship first week of January and you only provided booking end of may… cut the lies you are nothing but bunch of unprofessional liars!!! More negative reviews to come…
