Colorado to Houston. Rick Orben took care , due to holidays there was some delay but still ok hit the car with a resonable time frame

Not honest! Charged me additional $300.00 after original quote of $240.00!! I received a call from M.Davis (Easy Go Logistics LLC) after requesting an online quote to transport my 12' Nissan Versa from NJ to MI. M.Davis quoted me an incredibly low price of $240. ** This should have been a huge red-flag, however M.Davis told me that Easy Go Logistics LLC, "..Has our own trucks, trailers, and drivers. We are not a broker..this is why we are so much lower than a traditional broker..." - these were his words to me, verbatim. So, I give him a $100.00 deposit via my credit card. Fine, great... now fast frwd to the date of pick up (Fri Jan 17th 2025). I get a call from M Davis that the 9 car haulers isn't avail, but for an additional $300 I can have a 6 car hauler pick up my car at the agreed upon time. What am I going to do? Car has a deadline to be in MI no later than Mon 01/20/2025. At this point im not real happy, but I agree to it. However I ask M.Davis why I was quoted $240, and.. get this... he says that was the summer rate! When I remind him that he quoted me $240 exactly 9 days ago, and um... that 9 days ago was (you guessed it folks) dead-winter... M.Davis was silent. When the car was picked up... A company called MKL Start Inc showed up. People, this was a pick up truck pulling a 4 car trailer. Not 6, as originally told by M.Davis. Driver was friendly enough. Car got to MI on time, and no issues. So... Easy Go Trans LLC .. LISTEN TO ME... Learn to be honest with your clients. Had you told me the truth about the fact that you are A BROKER, that you would send another company to pick my vehicle up (not an Easy Go car hauler), and that the real price would be $540 vs the $240 originally quoted to me... guess what? I would have probably still hired you. However, the fact is you are very dishonest. Did the car get there? Yes, but the amount of bs that you put me thru was unneeded. Tell people that; A: you are a BROKER B: give people the true amount your going to charge them up front..don't wait till the day of to up charge them $300 because you are totally aware that the client has his/her back against the wall trying to get a car hauled C: learn to be honest with your clients! I do not recommend this place at all. 1 star only because the car got there. Everything else sucked.

Easygoing Logistics is the best company and took care of my SUV. Got it across country from East Coast to West Coast. No damage. Customer service was very good. Thank you

I shipped my car from Chicago to Portland. Rick from EasyGo was very easy to work with. He was patient listening to my concerns and identified a trusted driver, and provided all details 2 days before. Pickup was on time and delivery was 1 day prior (took just 2 days) Overall a very smooth process.

Excellent service! When I reached out, Rick always responded professionally. Our vehicle was picked up/delivered on time.

Dislike the fact they charged me $200 to cancel the transport I made 15 hours ago. What happened to when we had 24 hours to change our mind. They just lost a customer.
