nice system but....
I was previously a big fan of EasyDmarc, have written some rave reviews about them and moved to them from another provider. I do still like the system and think it is superior to many others, so still giving them 3 stars for that. but sadly things do seem to have gone downhill of late. I think they will lose a lot of customers as a result, which is a shame as I think their product was better and more intuitive than most of their competitors. They got rid of the free plan, which I think was a big mistake, but worse is they simply crippled any account that was using it, blocking all access to your domains, even if you also had domains on a paid plan, you were denied access to them unless you also removed/disabled all the other domains that were on the free plan. They also doubled all the prices on the paid plans, so their pricing is no longer very competitive. The support has also taken a turn for the worse and the sales dept seems to be completely ignorant about the product and the business, unhelpful and just completely frustrating to speak to. He doesn't seem to have any idea how their product actually works, or how it compares to competitors and just cannot be bothered to put in even minimum effort when replying to emails (lazy).
