Impossible to close account. You can use their portal to request your account be closed. I did this months ago and it's still sowing as 'You have requested account termination. We will begin process shortly.' It's been like this for months. I've tried to contact them using their contact form but zero reply, I've tried calling but they don't answer the phone.

Do not trust when they say you can see an inbox deliverability for free... they will only show gmail then ask you to register to see the rest. Then they will tell you you should have not registered to see the rest of the test. And then tell you to run it again, but of course they will tell you you have reached your limit (with 0 shown results). So pay or forget. They should be more transparent on this as of today this is scammy disgusting misrepresentation of services.

Hi Alexandro, Thank you for sharing this feedback. We understand how the flow may have felt unclear. The guest inbox placement test is designed to provide an initial preview of results, while account access is used to continue the experience, save reports, and access additional testing options depending on availability and limits. That said, we see how the wording on the unlock screen could have created a different expectation, especially around what becomes available immediately after signing up. We’re already reviewing this copy, so the next step is clearer before users continue. As a one-time courtesy, we've added complimentary Inbox Placement Test credits to your account. You should now be able to run a new Inbox Placement Test using those credits. Once these complimentary credits are exhausted, additional Inbox Placement Tests will require purchasing more credits or using a plan that includes them. Thank you again for flagging this; feedback like this helps us improve the experience.

I've been running my own email server for over a decade. I tried EasyDMARC.com, and was surprised to find that they claim that my DKIM is invalid. They claim that the detection of the selector is automated, but it doesn't work properly. It doesn't detect simple host prefixes like "mail"... and how do you contact them? You give away all your details, even your phone number... to report a bug. So either they're so incompetent they don't understand common DKIM selectors like "mail", or they're malicious and just want to pressure people to sign up. Either way, not a good business practice. Note also that the "contact support" button doesn't work. It does nothing. Fix this issue and I'll remove this review. I'm not giving you my personal information for you to fix a bug on your (paid) service.

Terrible Business Strategies. EasyDMARC recently changed their plans, and capped the maximum number of domains from unlimited to 1 on free accounts. No warning, no emails about this, nothing. How drastic is this change? Massive! Hence my rating. I have moved all domains to a competitor and deleting the whole account with them.
