Good company and EDD generally works well, with good documentation to get you through everything. I have had recurring problems with the simple shipping add-on, which has been frustrating - but to be fair, tech support always get back to me and spend quite of bit of time trying to sort it out. Would recommend, particularly if you only/mainly sell digital products.
