Design is very good, just missing a few details.
The design itself is very good, but there are parts missing from the "shopping list". Like 5-inch screws. Not mentioned until you actually need them! Also doesn't call out that you need to use pressure-treated wood, which isn't necessarily intuitive for newbies to building things for outdoor use. And the design doesn't describe how or when to install the chicken wire or hardware cloth inside, or trenched underneath the foundation. Important things that really should be included. The design is very very good, and sturdy, but needs some extra attention to be sure you're actually going to have everything you need, and complete all the steps as needed.

We’ve already updated the shopping list to include the missing 5-inch screws. Regarding the lumber, we now list nominal sizes only, since sometimes it's difficult to source specific pressure-treated materials locally. Builders can choose the most suitable option for their budget and availability, and we do recommend sealing or treating the wood for better outdoor durability. As for below-ground hardware cloth, that is not part of this specific design, since the foundation is intended to provide support and added protection against digging predators.
