Very Disappointing Experience — Damage to My Hummer H1 and No Resolution I used this company to transport my Hummer H1 about two months ago, and unfortunately the experience has been extremely disappointing. When my Hummer was delivered, the side mirrors were damaged and the windshield had chips/damage in two separate places. I contacted the company right away to report the damage. Initially, I was told that a third-party carrier had transported the vehicle and that I needed to deal with them directly. I contacted the carrier as instructed, but I received no meaningful response or resolution. I then contacted the transport company’s claims department and officially filed a claim. I was told that the driver/carrier had 30 days to respond. It has now been almost two months, and I am still waiting. I have repeatedly tried to contact them, but nobody seems willing to take responsibility. My calls are not being properly answered, and I keep getting passed from one person/company to another. I paid a transport company to safely deliver my vehicle, and I should not have to spend months chasing different parties to get damage addressed. The damage itself is frustrating, but what is even more disappointing is the lack of communication and accountability after the damage occurred. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company. If you are considering using them to transport a valuable or specialty vehicle, I would strongly suggest making sure you understand exactly who is responsible if your vehicle is damaged and how their claims process actually works.

The driver scratched the roof of my Chevy Malibu and covered it up with some kind of smear. The interior was damaged also. I will never use this company again. This happened in October 2023.

I would absolutely not use this company again. They connected us to a broker who had stolen our vehicle in-transit, did not cooperate when we asked about update, gaslit us when we notified them our vehicle's GPS tracking showed the vehicle going the opposite direction of where it was supposed to be shipped, and hid the fact that they were not able to contact the shipper for days before notifying us, delaying us being able to file a police report. The broker websites they had access to flagged the carrier as having stolen vehicles the day before they were supposed to pick our vehicle up and did not do any due diligence to switch carriers or notify us or the police. The carrier's insurance maxed out because they stole millions worth of vehicles in the same week and they still took no responsibility and would not even provide their insurance information, even though their terms and website guaranteed this coverage. Our insurance spent months trying to work with them and got nowhere. DO NOT USE THEM. We are a rare/unlikely case but this broker had every opportunity to perform their due diligence, work with us during the transit, and work with us to help make it right after the vehicle was confirmed stolen but did nothing. They even screened our calls and stopped answering our emails once they realized our vehicle was stolen. This is a horrible company, despite the good reviews (which they likely paid for), and I've used plenty of brokers in the past.

Our company, Al Aqsa Trans LLC, is still waiting for payment on Load ID: 36861877, which has now been outstanding for over 4 months. We've followed up multiple times but have not yet received payment. We hope this issue is resolved soon, as timely payments are important for carriers. Based on this experience, we encourage others to be mindful of payment timelines when working with Easy Auto Ship.

We (LET ME HAUL LLC) transported load #36272773 (JEEP from CO to TX) in September 2025, and 8 months later we are STILL waiting for payment. At this point, this is not “delay” — this is blatant disrespect and completely unacceptable business behavior. You continue feeding us excuses, false promises, and empty updates while refusing to pay the $1,400 you legally owe us. We have called, emailed, followed up professionally, and tried every possible way to resolve this like normal business people, but your company keeps lying month after month. Carriers and customers — BE EXTREMELY CAREFUL dealing with this broker. They take money from customers but do not pay the carriers who actually move the vehicles. Their accounting department is an embarrassment to this industry. Ruining your reputation over $1,400 is unbelievable. This has been one of the most unprofessional and dishonest experiences we’ve had in transportation.

I transport Dodge Ram for them and I had worst experience ever!! This company is scammers and stealers!! Don’t trust them. Don’t pay. Scam you any time and any where. Do not transport through them if you don’t want to be frustrated and transported for free. Stay away!!!

If I could give NO stars, I would. I contracted to ship my car from WA to CA with Easy Auto Ship. The carrier, Arnie's Transport LLC, delivered my car damaged after the subcontractor/driver backed the carrier into another vehicle. Upon delivery, I was promised "we'll take care of everything. This is why we have insurance." My car has over $10K in damage and I was not offered a rental (after being told I would be) because insurance "didn't cover it because the car was considered cargo." There is no compensation for the loss of value to my 2021 car, either. Two weeks to fix, no rental compensation, and I'm livid. "Fully insured" my ass... Don't trust these people.
