SCAM COMPANY

What a JOKE! they charge 88 dollars to fill out a flipping form, Keep your money and go to the official government site that allows you to take your photo on the phone. Called customer service and because it was 60 days after the order date I couldn't receive a refund- website says NOTHING about anything. It is pathetic and they should be closed down, taking peoples hard earned money.

This company is a scam and it should be illegal for this website to operate. It is very deceptive and it makes it seem as though the fee you pay is associated with the government and will go towards the final fee for your passport. It does not. I contacted my credit card company to try and get the $88 reversed. I reached out to the Better Business Bureau and an attorney who will assist with a class action lawsuit.

SCAM SCAM SCAM Stay away from this website, they charge you $80+ for a free form and the fact you give them all your government information is scary

This company is a complete scam!!!!!!! Its appears to be a legit US government entity to renew a passport when in reality they are absolutely nothing more than just a place to fill out a form for which they charge you $80 before you realize that they are actually scamming you. People like this should be ashamed!!!!!!! It would be beneficial if Google could do something to keep this website out of view so that people like myself and many others do not get scammed, in addition to exposing all sensitive information to a third-party. I have learned a valuable lesson and will definitely do my homework in the future. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE!!!!!!! And if you fall prey to this scam, please file complaint with the BBB and with the FTC to help warm others!!!!

SCAM!!! BUYER BEWARE! FAKE SITE DO NOT TRUST YOUR INFORMATION!!!

THIS IS A SCAM!!!!! I was attempting to apply for a passport, and this form came up and looked legit, and then charged me $85.83, but then I couldn't find where the payment went. That's because it's not for the US Gov or passports. I feel like an idiot, but I'm not. Please don't get scammed.

complete scam site they even have a .org site to fool you into thinking they are not a business out to scam you
