BEWARE - THIS IS A SCAM - THEY ARE NOT AFFILIATED WITH GOVERNMENT PASSPORT RENEWAL. Passport renewals are $130 and these clowns charge an additional $175. AVOID DOING BUSINESS WITH THEM. Passport forms are free on government website.

★☆☆☆☆ — Be Very Careful Before Using This Company I had a very disappointing experience with Easy Fill Forms. I was charged $154 for a private document-preparation service for my passport renewal. I realized almost immediately after submitting my information that I had been charged this amount and contacted the company right away to request a refund. The company sent me a packet to print, but this did not include the actual government passport fee. I still had to separately pay the $130 passport renewal fee. In other words, I paid $154 to this third-party company and then had to pay the government fee separately. When I immediately asked for my $154 back, the company refused to provide a full refund. Instead, they offered only 50%, repeatedly stating that their automated system had already processed my order and that I had agreed to their terms. What concerns me most is that even though I contacted them almost immediately after the transaction, they would not cancel the service or provide a full refund. Their position was essentially that once the order was submitted, the transaction was final. I am sharing my experience because consumers should be aware that this is a private third-party service, not the U.S. government passport service, and the government passport fee is separate. I have disputed the $154 charge with my credit-card company and provided the company’s correspondence regarding my refund request. My advice is to carefully check who you are dealing with, the total cost, and the refund terms before submitting your payment. I personally would not use this service again.

SCAM SCAM SCAM

Used service thinking it was government site until I printed forms and saw I still owed for passport. Called service and they stated it said that(in the small print and after u paid). I stopped payment on credit card until I resolved of dropping payment to 52$. Fill out ur on!

DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE! What they are providing is free. They do not pay the Secretary of State for your passport!!! They only fill out your application which you can do for FREE! They charge you $184 dollars to fill out and application. If you have fallen for this scam, please report them to the FBI. This is the only way to stop companies like this!!!

This is a complete Scam do not use this site!I wish i read the reviews before I thought I was paying for my passport renewal.

Got scammed and now probably missing my vacation

This felt like a scam. I was not trying to hire a company to fill out my passport application or provide instructions. I believed I was paying the official U.S. government passport renewal fee. Instead, I was charged $111 for a third-party service that provides information and forms that are already available for free through the U.S. Department of State. The website gave me the impression that I was dealing with the official passport process, and I would never have made the purchase if that had been clear. When I requested a full refund, I was only offered 25%. I feel misled and extremely disappointed with how this was handled. I strongly recommend applying directly through the official government passport website and avoiding this service.
